Tenvlo 99Humantarian Foundation
Tenvlo99 Humanitarian Foundation was established to honor the resilience of the Nuba people during the hardships of the 1990s conflict, a time when survival depended on the sacred tree, known locally as Shajarat Aldulab . The name “Tenvlo99” symbolizes strength, survival, and unity among the 99 diverse groups of the Nuba. While the name Highlights the Nuba people’s legacy, Tenvlo99’s mission extends far beyond the Nuba Mountains supporting vlnerable communities across Northern Sudan, not just the Nuba region. The foundation’s name serves as a reminder of Courage, solidarity, and hope.

Events
April 2024 marked one year since the conflict began in Sudan, a crisis that has left millions of families deeply affected. In response, our team organized a fundraising event in London, Ontario, to support those impacted by the war. The event drew attendees from across Ontario and even from the United States, coming together in solidarity for this cause.
Guests enjoyed a variety of Sudanese dishes and were treated to a vibrant cultural performance by the “Kush” dance group, who traveled from the USA to take part in the event. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised a significant amount to aid affected families.
Below are some photos capturing the memorable moments from this special day.
